Day 2: First cooking class at the “Le Pistou” cooking school and visit to the heliculture (snail) farm – Overnight stay at the Maison de la Bourgade
Day 3: Second cooking class at the “Le Pistou” cooking school followed by a Cartagène tasting – Overnight stay at the Maison de la Bourgade
Day 4: Third cooking class at the “Le Pistou” cooking school followed by a visit to the Pont du Gard – Overnight stay at the Maison de la Bourgade
Day 5 : Uzès market
La Maison de la Bourgade is a B&B situated in the centre of Uzès in a quiet pedestrian street. The house is a breath of fresh air in the heart of the town with its countryside feel, garden and pool.
Elisabeth enjoys opening up her house to visitors and sharing her love of Uzès: “We love sharing it. The house is filled with the scent of jasmine, fig, toasted bread, and firewood in winter.
