Close the doors! Departure! A whistle, a jet of steam and the locomotive moves into a long tunnel. In stations, drivers and mechanics will explain the operation of the steam locomotive they have restored.

Lunch at the Cornadel farm, a unique decor in a Cevennes farm.
The Trabuc cave welcome you in the afternoon for a terrific visit. Trabuc Cave has been known since time immemorial, since prehistoric times. More recently, the Huguenots used it as a hiding place. Today, no less then 70,000 tourists visit this essential element in the Cevennes’s heritage. This cavern offers the magic of its waters, lakes and cascades.

This morning your guide brings you to the fabulous Pont du Gard, Unesco site, and offers a beautiful guided tour through the channel on the third level of the aqueduct.
After this incredible visit, your guide will invite you to visit the typical Provencal city of Uzes, 1st duchy of France. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, you may visit a typical market with many colours and flavors.
The restaurant La Table d’Uzès, 1-star Michelin, and its chef Christophe Ducros, will offer a gourmet lunch.
In the afternoon, enjoy slow life with a beautiful ride in a horse carriage in Uzès countryside. Have a stop for an olive oil tasting in a mill near Uzès.

For this last day, we invite you to beautiful gourmet discovery in your hotel with Claire.
Claire is specialized in truffles and will give you all her secrets about truffles during this workshop. First of all a demonstration of truffle hunting, followed by a truffle cooking class and an amazing lunch together.
By the end of this workshop, you will be a specialist of the Truffles of France!
You will be able to buy, prepare and cook Truffles. You will no longer worry about being cheated when buying, nor of being disappointed when cooking: you will know how to recognize and choose good Truffles, you will no longer worry about spoiling your dish and you will always please your guests.
After lunch, transfer to Nîmes rail station for your departure.
