In the heart of an exceptional wine domain, spend a 6-day invigorating stay combining sporting activities, light cuisine, and relaxing and energizing body treatments … a special interlude between women during this Women’s bootcamp to find form and vitality.

A spacious and soothing place

The “Women’s Bootcamp” workshop is only for women. The program is complete and specially adapted for fitness in the best conditions.
Top-of-the-range accommodation in the heart of the Provençal Gard, supervised physical activities (muscle building, hiking trails, etc.) by a qualified instructor, relaxation sessions provided by a professional Graduate state and especially light cuisine and voluntarily adjusted to support you in the effort and rebalance your body.

A 6-day fitness program in an exceptional area.

Each of the participants resides during this stay, in a single or double room and enjoys in a friendly atmosphere spacious and comfortable common areas.

Max 11 women in single rooms or 17 women in shared rooms.

Tailored activities

During this Women’s bootcamp hiking tours are chosen to manage your effort gradually throughout your stay.

The animations of the first day are intended to evaluate your physical condition and allow you to evolve your level gradually.

A qualified instructor introduces you to Nordic and active walking to optimize your performance. Each hike (between 7 and 18 kms) is different.

This activity is accompanied by awakening and muscle strengthening according to your evolution.

During the walking tours, discover the treasures of the region, a wide variety of landscapes and the historical heritage of our beautiful territory.

Between April and October, you can also practice Canoe! A trip of 12 Km (around 3h-4h) between Montclus and Goudargues,on the Ceze river. Enjoy a amazing picnic on the banks and quiets places to relax.

To relax, we elaborate for you typical south of France activities: Potery class and Mediterranean cooking course!

A light cuisine

To be effective, the “Women’s Bootcamp” offers you dietary and organic cuisine.

Mediterranean style cuisine with meals that are based on local products of the terroir for a balanced and tasty diet.

Whether it is for breakfast or dinner or snacks (hiking), Provençal flavors voluntarily low in calories accompany you in this revitalizing week.

Domaine de Gressac

In the heart of the protected site Natura 2000, the Domaine de Gressac in Provence enjoys the Mediterranean climate and an exceptional dominant location with its 115 hectares of a single holding, of wood, of vineyards and meadows where graze the horses of the breeding. Here you can alternate the desire to lizard at the water’s edge and the many possible activities, in Gressac or the surrounding area.

Choosing the Domaine de Gressac in Provence means having a large choice of activities, in a unique and atypical place, suspended between fields, vineyards, forests and river. The surroundings of Gressac are also full of unique villages, unusual or historic places to visit, and exciting activities.
